Founder

Love Ebegboni - Founder & Executive Director

Love Ebegboni is a Nigerian lawyer with over 5 years experience in private practice. She obtained her Bachelors of Law (LL.B) Degree from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. She was called to the Nigerian Bar after obtaining her Barrister at Law (B.L) Degree from the Nigerian Law School.

She also obtained her Masters of Law (LL.M) Degree from the University of Ibadan. While undertaking her Master’s degree, she became the sole recipient of the prestigious scholarship, Petroleum Technology Development Fund (In-Country) for the Faculty of Law, University of Ibadan, Nigeria. She was also among the top 10 in Nigeria to be awarded the Impact Scholarship for the Research Methods Program by the Leaders of Africa Research Institute.

Both as an undergraduate and postgraduate student, she has a stark record of volunteering and working with non-profit organizations. She has served in different capacities and led teams in her leadership roles. During her National Youth Service Corps in Bauchi State, she embarked on community projects for students in secondary schools where she birthed founding Ebmingo Youngstars Foundation.

She has passion for advocating for the cause of young individuals and wants to see them thrive in education, entrepreneurship and leadership for local and global relevance.

She is currently based in Arizona, United States, where she is undertaking her Master’s program.

Legal Adviser/Secretary

MojolaOluwa Livingstones

Legal Adviser/Secretary

MojolaOluwa Livingstones is a versatile lawyer with extensive experience in both private practice and public service. She began her legal career as a litigation lawyer, and later joined a legal publishing and training firm briefly. She went on to co-found a commercial law firm in Lagos, Nigeria.

Afterwards, MojolaOluwa transitioned to public service at the Oyo State Ministry of Justice in Ibadan, where she was appointed State Counsel. During this time, she took on the roles of Prosecutor and Mediator at the Oyo State Mediation Centre. After a few years, she established O.M Livingstones & Co, a fully virtual legal advisory firm.

Currently, MojolaOluwa is an in-house Counsel at a State University in Nigeria, and shares her expertise in Nigerian Law through her YouTube channel, Bar Talk with Ọlá. She holds an LLB from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, an LLM from Liverpool John Moores University, United Kingdom, and is licensed to practice law in Nigeria.

MojolaOluwa serves as the Legal Adviser/Secretary for the Ebmingo Youngstars Foundation. In this role, she provides legal advice, compiles minutes and reports, and facilitates collaboration with partner organizations.

Modupe Ayodele

Communications Officer

Modupe obtained her Bachelors of Law (LL.B) degree from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. She is an outstanding young legal practitioner with a core proficiency in Corporate and Commercial transactions and Dispute Resolution. Modupe offers her experience and expertise to deliver efficient and cost-effective legal services to commercial and business owners of all sizes in Nigeria and abroad.

She has a moral imperative to ensure every child has a right to an appropriate education of high quality regardless of gender, sexual orientation, displacement, migration, ethnicity, language, remoteness, poverty, disability or other characteristics. She believes that the sustainable goal can only be achieved when potentials are properly nurtured.

As the Communications Officer, she is responsible for strategic communications and handling of social media platforms.

Wendy Benaiah

Programs Officer

Wendy Benaiah is a First-Class graduate of the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, where she obtained a Bachelors of Arts degree in Religious Studies. She also obtained a Master of Arts degree in Sociology of Religion, from the same institution. She is the recipient of various scholarships, including the University of Ibadan Alumni scholarship and the Pan-African University scholarship.

She mentors and inspires youths by sharing personal experiences and encouraging them to be changemakers in their communities. As the programs officer for Ebmingo Youngstars Foundation, she is responsible for strategic programme planning, outreach programmes and coordinating volunteers.

She is currently enrolled for a Master’s degree in Governance and Regional Integration, at the Pan-African University Institute of Governance, Humanities and Social Sciences, Cameroon.

Fundraising Officer

She obtained her Bachelors of Law (LL.B) Degree from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. She was called to the Nigerian Bar after obtaining her Barrister at Law (B.L) Degree from the Nigerian Law School.

She is currently practicing as a Legal Associate with a prestigious law firm in Lagos, Nigeria.

As the Fundraising Officer, she will provide assistance in the coordination of fundraising events and initiatives, identifying donor resources, and writing proposals for long term organizational sustainability.
